Work conducted as requested. On time. Good pricing. Good cleanup. Have used Mo'Bettah on several occasions and recommend them!

The more better crew did a great job on our huge band tree that was way overdue for trimming. I have used them again and recommend them to anyone else. Great job, excellent clean up and willing to do a little more than planned. I'll be using them again in a year or so.

The GOOD- I called to get a quote about cutting down four trees and stump grinding one of them on our residential property. Casey was able to give me an appt within the next few days. We received a quote within a day after their site visit. Compared to several other quotes we received, they were very reasonably priced. The day of removal, they were fast and got the job done quickly. They brought a whole crew which made it super effective. They cleaned up really nicely and did a walk through at the end to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

The NOT so GOOD- After receiving several quotes from various businesses, we decided to go with Mo' Bettah. It took two phone calls (left a vm both times) and then an email and several days to finally receive a call back. I was told they would get back to me to confirm the date I requested. I received a text confirmation with the date and was given an arrival time of 9-10am.
On the day of service, I called them at 9:50am to check if they were still coming. Casey was able to track the teams location and told me their location, which happened to be on the other side of the island and they would be at least another hour. I informed her they would need to come back that afternoon as I was expecting them earlier and needed to step out.
Upon arriving I was also informed they would need to come back the next day to compete the job as they did not have the stump grinding machine with them.
Overall the work was very good but communication could have been much better.

The men from Mo'Bettah Tree Service did a great job pruning my two trees which were overgrown. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Well - Mo’Bettah Tree service has become our “go to” crew! On time, great attitude- all the young men are courteous and do good work. Nick Carver - the owner has great knowledge and did our trimming with careful consideration of our other plantings - no damage or trampling over our ornamental plantings. Great job! And Casey who handles the calls and appointments is also super courteous and committed to good service!
